We have been to a lot of resorts in our lives and we can honestly say that Velassaru Maldives is among our top all-time favourites! Our stay here recently was exceptional from beginning to end, and the private pool villa we had couldn't have been better. It combined luxurious amenities with one of the most comfortable beds ever. However, the best part was definitely the hotel's phenomenal all-inclusive, with a plethora of restaurants - cooking both international classics and local specialties to perfection. We can't wait to return!

This is the place to stay at if you want a truly unique experience and be treated like royalties, from day to night. For a long time we had been promising the kids a vacation at the very popular Sun Siyam Olhuveli, and when we finally booked it, we definitely weren't disappointed. It's an absolutely incredible hotel for the whole family, set in the most perfect location in Kaafu Atoll! We really loved everything. From the gorgeous room we had, to the Instagram-friendly surroundings with beautiful views wherever we looked. But in our opinion the main highlight was the exceptional all-inclusive restaurants serving gourmet food and unforgettable dishes. We only wish we had booked a longer stay.

The only bad thing we can say about this outstanding all-inclusive hotel is that you unfortunately have to travel home at some point. Everything else is truly exceptional. From the privileged location in South Male Atoll to the pristine luxury accommodations that definitely are some of the best we have seen in Maldives. Almost all of the villas has unparalleled views of the sea and many even feature a completely private pool - just for you to use! A hotel that's ideally designed for both families, couples and groups of friends.
