The attention to details was incredible and the management was always walking around to make sure all guests were happy. Which we guess is not that hard when having such a wide range of stunning suites, some even have their own private pool and breathtaking views over the sea. Last but not least - the superb all-inclusive here was truly amazing and the variety of fantastic bars and restaurants definitely exceeded our expectations!

In our opinion Generations Riviera Maya Family Resort Catamarán is definitely one of the best family-friendly all-inclusive hotel in Mexico. It's not that often we find a hotel that has so many gourmet restaurants on the property. With so much high quality food and drinks, we enjoyed this place for a week and never ran out of new things to taste! It didn't take long after we arrived at this extraordinary resort in Puerto Morelos until we began to regret not booking a longer stay. Because everything was totally perfect. The hotel is set in one of the most beautiful places we have ever been - nestled between a white sandy beach and stunningly landscaped gardens. The on-site restaurants was equally outstanding and we had several unforgettable dinners during our stay! Lastly, the staff! They were exceptionally attentive, to a point where they even started assuming our needs before we even raised them. We will 100% be going back.
