The hotel is set in one of the most beautiful places we have ever been - nestled between a white sandy beach and stunningly landscaped gardens. The on-site restaurants was equally outstanding and we had several unforgettable dinners during our stay! Lastly, the staff! They were exceptionally attentive, to a point where they even started assuming our needs before we even raised them. We will 100% be going back.

After spending many vacations in other hotels in Playa del Carmen, we decided it was time to try the wonderful The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences - All Senses Inclusive. It turned out to be a very good decision. Because it was incredible. The hotel is located in prime settings next to a beautiful beach and boasts panoramic views over the mesmerising sea. It's like taken from a postcard! Additionally, we really loved the fantastic all-inclusive buffet that had almost everything you could think of. Just wow!

We recently spent a couple of days at this lovely all-inclusive hotel in Playa del Carmen, and it was hands down one of our most relaxing vacations ever. The children were all over the place, enjoying themselves at the pool and the kid's clubs while we adults chilled by the beach.
