Our stay here recently was exceptional from beginning to end, and the private pool suite we had couldn't have been better. It combined luxurious amenities with one of the most comfortable beds ever. However, the best part was definitely the hotel's phenomenal all-inclusive, with a plethora of restaurants - cooking both international classics and local specialties to perfection. We can't wait to return!

It didn't take long after we arrived at this extraordinary resort in Akumal until we began to regret not booking a longer stay. Because everything was totally perfect. The hotel is set in one of the most beautiful places we have ever been - nestled between a white sandy beach and stunningly landscaped gardens. The on-site restaurants was equally outstanding and we had several unforgettable dinners during our stay! Lastly, the staff! They were exceptionally attentive, to a point where they even started assuming our needs before we even raised them. We will 100% be going back.

The only bad thing we can say about this outstanding all-inclusive hotel is that you unfortunately have to travel home at some point. Everything else is truly exceptional. From the privileged location in Akumal to the pristine luxury accommodations that definitely are some of the best we have seen in Akumal. Almost all of the suites and bungalows has unparalleled views of the sea and many even feature a completely private pool - just for you to use! A hotel that's ideally designed for both families, couples and groups of friends.

After spending many vacations in other hotels in Akumal, we decided it was time to try the wonderful Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa. It turned out to be a very good decision. Because it was incredible. The hotel is located in prime settings next to a beautiful beach and boasts panoramic views over the mesmerising sea. It's like taken from a postcard! Additionally, we really loved the fantastic all-inclusive buffet that had almost everything you could think of. Just wow!
